How county prices are set
There are no tiers or price bands. A county's license rises continuously with two measures: the total value of its owner-occupied homes (market size) and its median home value against the U.S. median (deal size).
The method
The license scales with market size (aggregate owner-occupied home value) multiplied by deal size (median home value relative to the U.S. median). Both inputs are public Census figures, so the price of any county can be checked.

Pricing questions
Why a one-time license plus a monthly fee?
The license covers the one-time work of standing up a county: collecting and joining its sources, resolving owners and training models on its sales history. The monthly Hosting & Data fee covers the ongoing work: re-collecting sources on schedule, producing the change feed, re-scoring and keeping your portal live. Separating the two keeps the monthly fee low and predictable.
How is my county's price determined?
Each county is priced individually from two public measures: the aggregate value of owner-occupied homes and the median home value relative to the U.S. median. Larger, higher-value markets cost more; there are no tiers. Hosting & data is $99/month for every county. See How county prices are set.
What happens if hosting lapses?
If the Hosting & Data fee is unpaid for more than 60 days, the county is deactivated for your account. Reactivating costs 25% of that county's license, after which the monthly fee resumes. Your license seat in the county is not guaranteed while it is lapsed.
Where does the data come from?
Platform data comes from public county and state sources: property appraiser or assessor rolls, tax collector records, clerk and recorder official records, building permits, code enforcement, probate dockets and state business-entity registries, plus federal flood-zone and wetland layers. Sources vary by county and are listed in each county's onboarding notes.
Pricing inputs come from the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey. Florida parcel counts come from the Florida Department of Revenue 2026 preliminary roll.
Are exports really unlimited?
Yes, for parcel and owner data within your licensed counties. Export the full land inventory, a filtered list or a module's queue as often as you need. Skip-trace contact data is the only per-record item, at $0.15 per record.
How many people can use one license?
Three named user seats are included. Additional seats are $49 per month each. Seats are named users and should not be shared.
How does exclusivity work?
Each county offers up to 8 standard licenses. An Exclusive County License, priced at 5× the license with the same monthly hosting, makes you the only licensee in that county. It is available only where no standard licenses are already held.
Can I license several counties?
Yes. Each additional county is priced on its own market, and each county carries its own $99/month hosting. Discounts do not stack: where the Founding Licensee discount also applies, the larger discount is used.
Why do some counties show "Price on request" or "Not offered"?
A small number of counties have no reliable published home-value figure, so they are quoted individually. A county with essentially no privately owned, owner-occupied housing is not offered.
Who is responsible for outreach compliance?
Licensees are responsible for how they use exported data, including telemarketing, email and privacy laws. Our managed email and phone services are run under documented compliance procedures: CAN-SPAM for email; manual dialing only, Do-Not-Call scrubbing and state calling-hour rules for phone. Eight standard licenses per county. When they are gone the county closes, and the only way in is the exclusive license, if it is still available.
